Trinity Tithe - A portion of church wide fundraising events' proceeds are donated to area families in need.

Community Meal & Food Bank - Trinity works with the State Center Community to keep the Community Food Bank stocked.  Quarterly we collect canned goods and nonperishable foods for the Food Bank, and also if they run low on specific items at other times of the year.  During gardening months, members with surplus produce donates fresh produce.  The Trinity Ladies' Aid also provides a hot meal for those who use the Food Bank as part of a community rotation.

Mitten Tree - Mittens, gloves, hats, scarves, & socks are collected during December and donated to those in need.

Lutheran Women's Missionary League - The widow in Scripture gave her mite to God, even though it was all she had to give (Mark 12:41-44, Luke 21:1-4). The Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML) model's their outreach in the same way with mite boxes for loose change and tithes. Those mites make a huge difference to students pursuing church work, local projects, and missions all over the world. Women taking part in Ladies' activities at Trinity are all arms of LWML's outreach.

Quilt distribution - Trinity Lutheran's Quilters' Guild is prolific in production.  The quilts made September through May are donated to families and individuals in our Trinity family, State Center community, House of Compassion, international college students at ISU, and others as need arises.  They are also sent abroad through Lutheran World Relief and Orphan Grain Train.  Some quilts are sold at the Trinity Tea or Turkey Supper.
